Performance of the NBS RTGS system, clearing system, and interbank and international clearing of foreign exchange payments in October

During 22 business days in October 2026, a total of 18.7 million payments were processed in the NBS RTGS (18.2 million or 96.9%) and clearing systems (0.6 million or 3.1%). The average number of payments was 851,356 per day, of which 825,302 in RTGS and 26,064 in clearing.

The value of turnover in the RTGS system amounted to RSD 17,195.9 billion, while clearing turnover reached RSD 19.1 billion, or 0.11% of the total.

Daily turnover in the RTGS and clearing systems averaged RSD 781.6 billion and RSD 0.9 billion, respectively.

There was no downtime during 12,240 minutes of production of the NBS RTGS and clearing systems and the system availability was 100.0%.

Transactions worth EUR 244,441,640.83 were processed in the interbank and international clearing of foreign exchange payments, with 21 participants. As there was no downtime, the availability of these systems was 100.0%.
