Numerous Possibilities for Paying with DinaCard Free of Charge

The NBS would like to remind the public that the national payment card – DinaCard, is the only card in Serbia that can be used for making payments at the counters of the Treasury Administration of the Ministry of Finance to settle liabilities free of charge, with respect to:

• property tax of natural persons,
• annual personal income tax,
• trade in motor vehicles tax,
• agricultural and forestry revenue tax, and
• farmers’ mandatory social insurance contributions.

DinaCard can also be used for making payments at low fees at the Treasury counters to settle all other liabilities pertaining to public revenues and obligations in respect of the beneficiaries of public funds, both those holding subaccounts in the Treasury Administration and those with subaccounts in commercial banks – citizens can settle their electricity bills, bills of public utility companies Infostan tehnologije Beograd, Informatika Novi Sad, Objedinjena naplata Niš, public housing company “Kragujevac”, Telekom Srbija a.d. Beograd, bills of city-housing and utility companies in cities across Serbia, bills of pre-school and school institutions etc.

These liabilities can be settled using traditional debit and credit DinaCards, as well as cards under special and cobrand programmes such as the POST CARD cheque card of Banka Poštanska štedionica, Komercijalna banka’s DINARCARD DIS and Credit Agricole’s AMAN A PLUS card.
