By contacting the Call Centre 034/307-890 (on business days from 8.00 to 15.00) interested parties can obtain data on the amount of blocked funds and grounds for account blocking in the course of that day and information about the issuing of certificates and the application procedure.
Other data regarding the execution of enforced collection decisions and orders (whether the decision is received, who the creditor specified in the decision is, why the decision is not executed, whether the decision is executed in full…) are provided exclusively at written request, which should be e-mailed to: odsekzaprijem@nbs.rs.
The Belgrade-based DIVISION FOR SUPERVISION AND OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES is in charge of replying to queries regarding the execution of enforced collection in terms of exchange of electronic messages with banks (whether the bank has provided the account balance, executed and confirmed the execution of enforced collection order from the debtor’s account, whether the information on de-blocking of debtor’s account was sent to banks and if yes, when…). Parties should submit requests for deletion, correction of days of blockage to the National Bank of Serbia, Enforced Collection Department, Kralja Petra 12, and/or e-mail them to prinudna.naplata@nbs.rs, exclusively in accordance with Section 11а of the Decision on the Manner of Enforcement of Claims by Debiting the Client’s Account which prescribes the deletion of the days of account blockage. The request should be supported with a copy of the statement of account balance stamped by the relevant bank.
The conclusion/decision with the NBS’s order to delete the days of account blockage is e-mailed to prinudna.naplata@nbs.rs
