The National Bank of Serbia charges the following fees for the services of the NBS RTGS, clearing and IPS systems:
- Fee for connection to the NBS RTGS system and the NBS clearing system: 300,000 dinars
- Fee for connection of indirect participants in the NBS IPS system: 100,000 dinars
- Monthly subscription for participation in the NBS RTGS system and the NBS clearing system: 50,000 dinars
- Monthly subscription for participation of indirect participants in the NBS IPS system: 25,000 dinars
- Fee for executing transfer orders in the NBS RTGS system:
- for payments through the NBS network:
- from 9:00 to 14:00 – 25 dinars per order
- from 14:00 to 16:30 – 60 dinars per order
- after 16:30 – 120 dinars per order
- for payments through the SWIFT network:
- from 9:00 to 14:00 – 35 dinars per order
- from 14:00 to 16:30 – 70 dinars per order
- after 16:30 – 130 dinars per order
- Fee for executing transfer orders in the NBS clearing system:
- for orders placed through the NBS network – 4 dinars per order
- for orders placed through the SWIFT network – 6.5 dinars per order.
Credit transfers up to RSD 300,000 executed in real time using MT-102 messages with priority through the NBS RTGS system are charged at the same rate as orders in the NBS clearing system. MT-102 messages containing fewer than five orders, which are used for placing orders in the NBS RTGS system, are charged as though they contain five orders.
- Fee for executing transfer orders in the NBS IPS system:
- for orders placed in the NBS IPS system, charged from the participant placing the order – 4 dinars per order
- for orders based on the request for payment at the point of sale for the amount of up to 600 dinars, charged from the participant – recipient of the transfer order – 1 dinar per order
- for orders based on the request for payment at the point of sale in the amount of over 600 dinars, charged from the participant – recipient of the transfer order – 2 dinars per order.
