List of service providers subject to measures

Pursuant to Article 65 of the Law on the Protection of Financial Service Consumers (RS Official Gazette, No 19/2025), the NBS publishes a list of service providers subject to measures under this Law or under the law governing the operations of service providers.

The purpose of publishing this list is to:

• ensure transparency of the procedures conducted by the NBS in complaint proceedings and supervisory procedures in the field of financial service consumer protection;
• improve business practices;
• ensure that service providers’ treatment of their clients is aligned with the highest standards of service provision;
• encourage service providers to ensure full compliance of their operations with regulations.

The list of service providers subject to measures will also be removed from the website after the end of the year to which the published list relates, following the publication of the list for the first six months of the subsequent year (i.e. two lists are published for each year, on a semi-annual basis).
